David brings an unusual “bilingual” perspective to the classroom and the boardroom.

Since 2008, he has been on the faculty of Princeton University, serving as the founding Director of the Faith & Work Initiative (FWI), a Senior Professional Specialist, and Lecturer. The nickname of his signature course is “Business Ethics: Succeeding Without Selling Your Soul.”

Prior to academia, he spent 16 years in senior executive positions in international business and finance, including eight years in London. His corporate career started in technology at IBM and transitioned into finance, including securities services, investment banking, and private equity.

In addition to his oversubscribed classes, novel research, and public thought leadership, David also serves as an advisor to CEOs and C-suite executives in some of the most competitive and challenging industry sectors around the globe. An article in the Wall Street Journal featured his advisory work with one global bank, referring to him as their “on-call ethicist.” He presented a white paper on “A Restoration of Trust?” in Davos and is a regular participant at the Yale CEO Summit. Harvard Business Review called David’s groundbreaking book, God at Work: The History and Promise of the Faith at Work Movement, (Oxford University Press, 2007), "most thoughtful."

David completed his undergraduate studies at Bucknell University, and his M.Div. and Ph.D. in Ethics at Princeton Theological Seminary.

Tom Nelson is the founder and executive chairman of Made to Flourish, a network that seeks to empower pastors to lead churches that produce human flourishing for the common good. From 2015 to 2023, he led Made to Flourish as president. He has also served as senior pastor of Christ Community Church in the Kansas City area for over 35 years. Tom is the author of Work Matters: Connecting Sunday Worship to Monday Work, Economics of Neighborly Love: Investing in Your Community's Compassion and Capacity, and The Flourishing Pastor: Recovering the Lost Art of Shepherd Leadership. 

Nelson speaks regularly around the country on the topics of faith, work, and economics. He has served on the board of regents of Trinity International University and is also a council member of The Gospel Coalition. Nelson graduated with a master’s of theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and received a doctorate of ministry degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He and his wife, Liz, have two grown children and live in Leawood, Kansas.

Mark Whitacre is Vice President of Culture & Care and Executive Director of the t-factor initiative at Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. Mark has worked with Coca-Cola Consolidated since 2019.  Coca-Cola Consolidated is a faith-friendly publicly traded (NASDAQ) company with an official purpose statement, “To honor God in all we do, by serving others, pursuing excellence, and growing profitably.” Mark served as National Director and then COO of Christian Business Men’s Connection (CBMC) from 2013 to 2019. Mark was the COO and Chief Science Officer from 2006 to 2013 at Cypress Systems, Inc., a California faith-based biotechnology company where Mark still serves on their advisory council. 

After completing his B.S. and M.S. degrees at Ohio State University, Mark earned his Ph.D. at Cornell University in biochemistry. He worked as an executive for Fortune 500 companies, including Ralston Purina (now Nestle), Degussa (now Evonik), and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). He was recruited at ADM when he was 32 as the President of the Biotech Division. Mark has extensive international business experience, having lived in Germany for four years working for Evonik at their world headquarters in Frankfurt.

Mark and his wife Ginger have been married for 44 years and have three adult children.

Bill Hendricks serves as the Executive Director for Christian Leadership at The Hendricks Center, a leadership development initiative of Dallas Theological Seminary. In addition, he is President of The Giftedness Center, a Dallas-based consulting firm helping individuals think through strategic life and career decisions. 

Throughout his career, Bill has been an active leader in the Faith and Work Movement. He coauthored (with Doug Sherman) the seminal faith-and-work title, Your Work Matters to God, and served as the Managing Editor for The Word in Life Study Bible (Pete Hammond, General Editor; Thomas Nelson, Publisher). He also has sat on the Steering Committee and Board for The Theology of Work Project. He Chairs the 2024 Faith at Work Summit Organizing Committee.

Bill is married to Lynn Turpin Hendricks and is the father of three grown daughters.

Since 2002, Katherine has developed church-based ministries to equip and mobilize workers to live out the gospel in every area of their work lives. She founded and directed Redeemer’s Center for Faith and Work (CFW) from 2002 to 2013. In 2012, she assisted Tim Keller in the writing of Every Good Endeavor: Connecting Your Work to God’s Work, building on their CFW experience. 

Subsequently, she and her husband founded and led the New City Fellows intensive discipleship program in Raleigh, NC. More recently, she helped launch the Global Faith & Work Initiative at Redeemer City to City, helping church planters in global cities to equip and mobilize their people to work as Christ followers in their work. She is adjunct faculty at Regent College and serves on the board of the Theology of Work project and several advisory boards.

Prior to 2002, Katherine spent 25 years in the technology sector, eventually serving as President and/or CEO of three hardware, software, and internet companies in New York City, Luxembourg, and Silicon Valley. She earned an MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia in 1986. Katherine and her husband, John, live in New York City and are part of Redeemer Presbyterian Church.

An experienced entrepreneur, Wendy Simpson has made a career by driving innovation and change.  

Widely regarded as a pioneer, she has held key leadership roles across a number of traditionally male-dominated industries, including airfreight, telecommunications, manufacturing engineering, and property development. She has been a tireless advocate for women in business at all levels and for the advancement of female entrepreneurs.

Wendy was the first female General Manager to run the global airfreight operations of TNT (now merged with DHL) 

She was then approached to join telecommunications giant Alcatel (now Nokia) to help it engage with the newly deregulated telecommunications market.  A short-term assignment in China stretched to seven years, as Wendy became the first female Senior Vice President of Alcatel Asia Pacific, and played a key role in establishing the first-ever regional headquarters in Shanghai for a CAC/ Nasdaq listed company.

While many telecommunications companies suffered during the “dot-com” crash, Wendy drove A$6 billion in annual sales across 17 countries.  She was a key member of the team at Alcatel Shanghai Bell that successfully negotiated with the Chinese government to bring the Internet to China.

From there, Wendy was invited to become the Shanghai based Trade official representing a State Government of Australia in North Asia covering, Greater China, Japan and Korea.

A serial entrepreneur and investor, Wendy has been the driving force behind several for-profit and for-purpose companies.  In 1997, Wendy and her husband Geoffrey undertook a management buyout of a precision engineering company, Westray Engineering and owned this until 2010.  

During her time as Chairman of Westray Engineering, based in Australia she also encountered challenges as a female entrepreneur seeking to raise capital and so she partnered with the premier US organization supporting female founders – Springboard Enterprises.   Together, the two organizations have supported almost 1,000 female founders to raise more than $USD 39 billion in capital 

Wendy was a founding director of Allomak (an automotive after-market group) listed on the Australian stock exchange. During Wendy’s tenure, Allomak was featured in the Australian Financial Review’s “Fast Starters” list as one of the fastest-growing companies on the Australian Stock Exchange. 

Wendy partnered with Singapore-based Tembusu Partners and the Nanjing government to establish a US$100 million fund to invest in fast-growing companies in China.  

Wendy was until recently the Chair of the Governance Committee for World Vision Australia and currently serves as a non-executive director with the Premier Global Scholarship for Australians, the General Sir John Monash Foundation, as well as the Council of Australia’s most comprehensive Christian University College, Alphacrucis University College.

Wendy has been a strong advocate for the business sector and women business owners.  She has a strong interest in the role Chambers of Commerce can play in developing local entrepreneur “eco-systems” that show the real value small businesses bring to the economy and the wider community.  In particular, she has a strong track record of supporting women business owners.

As ministerial advisor under the Victorian Premier Joan Kirner in the 1990s, Wendy was instrumental in establishing the Victorian Government’s first Department of Small Business and led many investigations into State and Federal Government level policy initiatives.  One of these was the Small Business Green Business Directory.  Also, during that time, she developed the inaugural Telstra Business Awards, which now have a major place in the Australian Business Community.  

Wendy was a key organizer in establishing the Australian Council of Business Women and the International Women’s Federation of Commerce and Industry.  

Wendy is a 3-time finalist in the Telstra Businesswomen’s Awards, having been nominated by QBE Insurance, Alcatel, and Westpac.  In 2006, she was a finalist in the Shanghai Business Women of the Year awards. 

In 2013, Wendy received an Order of Australia Medal for her service to the community through a range of women’s and youth organizations.  That same year, she was inducted into the Australian Businesswomen’s Hall of Fame and featured as one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence in the Australian Financial Review.  

Wendy lives in Sydney and has been married to her husband, Geoffrey, for 46 years. They are active members of their local church, appropriately named “God in the City. She is eternally grateful to all those who prayed for her during her two separate experiences on the journey of treatment and healing for cancer in 2010 and 2021.

Dr. Bill Peel is an award-winning author/co-author of eight books (in multiple languages) and a leader in the global faith-at-work movement. He is a co-founder of the Faith@Work Summit which gathers business, academic, and ministry leaders from around the world to collaborate and learn from each other. He speaks at churches and conferences, and consults with individuals, churches, and business leaders—helping Christians bring their faith to bear in every area of life.

Bill earned a doctorate in Workplace Theology, Ethics and Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Seminary, a master’s degree in Bible Exposition from Dallas Seminary, and a B.A. from SMU. Bill and his wife, Kathy, have three grown sons, eight grandchildren, and a Border collie named Hank. They are active members of Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas.

John has 40 years of experience building world-class organizations in Asia and the United States. He is currently a co-principal of COhatch Regional Development Ventures, LLC, the development arm of COhatch (www.cohatch.com).

Previously, John held China-, Asia- and global-CEO positions at VOID Asia (Disney-backed), CRH plc, ASC Fine Wines, AVIAGE Systems (a GE company), Cummins Inc., and Northwest Airlines. John was twice elected chairman of The American Chamber of Commerce in China and was active in US-China commercial relations for three decades. 

John was “employee #1” at two companies during his corporate career that later created $1 billion+ in value. An active business leader and community builder, John also served as Chairman of the Beijing International Christian Fellowship and Chairman of the Board of Airline Representatives in China.

John and Dinah recently celebrated 36 years of marriage and reside in Los Angeles. Their son and daughter-in-law have blessed them with two grandsons.  They also enjoy the cooking of their culinary school-trained daughter.

Catherine Gates is Vice President of Business Partnerships for Polished Network, a national non-profit that emboldens women in their faith and work. She is the author of The Confidence Cornerstone: A Woman’s Guide to Fearless Leadership. Catherine has contributed to several faith-and-work Bible studies, numerous YouVersion reading plans, and books from other authors, including the iWork4Him and sheWorks4Him publications. She is a powerful speaker and frequent podcast contributor.

Catherine has diverse business experience in a variety of industries and leadership roles. She has been helping people integrate their faith and work since 2013. Catherine is on the steering committee for the National Faith & Work Association (NFWA.org) and on the board of Ladies of Grace, a women’s prison ministry. She is passionate about helping people achieve more of their God-given potential by bringing faith into every area of life.

Chuck Proudfit began following Christ in 1997.  He was seeking practical ways to live out Christian faith at work and quickly discovered just how hard it is.  The marketplace didn’t like to talk about “religion and politics,"  and the local church was largely disengaged from the tough spiritual realities of modern work life.

Applying his research background from Harvard University, Chuck spent several years studying how Christians live out faith at work, and how scripture speaks to our experiences.  He uncovered a consistent set of spiritual struggles faced by all working Christians, and a compelling set of spiritual solutions drawn straight from God’s word.

These insights formed the framework for At Work on Purpose, launched in 2003.  Its community now includes over 12,000 working Christians across Greater Cincinnati, and it has become one of the nation’s leading prototypes for citywide workplace ministry.  Chuck is also the Founder and President of SKILLSOURCE, a consultancy employing over 30 contractors and delivering sustainable client growth through applied Biblical principles.

Chuck developed his general management expertise at three industry-leading firms:  The Procter & Gamble Company, The Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and LensCrafters Corporation.  At Harvard University, he pioneered the school’s organizational development curriculum.  An avid educator, Chuck has served as an adjunct faculty member at the Great Oaks Institute and Cincinnati Christian University.

Chuck has received the Angel Award for community service from the Smith Family Foundation, and the Best Award from Nehemiah Foundation.  He has led SKILLSOURCE® to a TriState Success Award for exceptional business growth, a Torch Award ethics commendation from the Better Business Bureau, a Perfect 10 Certified Corporate Culture designation, and a C-Suite recognition from LEAD.

Dr. Joy Dahl, DMin, CPA, works bi-vocationally as Vice President of Financial Services for East-West Ministries International, a global organization operating in 44 countries, and as a Workplace Ambassador mentoring and leading professional development initiatives with a faith-forward perspective. Joy equips believers at all levels to embrace their calling as ambassadors through “theology of work” and practical “faith and work integration” in everyday workplaces. Joy helped launch the BOLDLY Conference––the premier Faith+Work for Women conference. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Made to Flourish which empowers pastors and their churches to integrate faith, work, and economic wisdom for the flourishing of their communities. Joy and her husband, Gordon, live in Dallas, TX with their beloved rescue pups.

Tommy Lee is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the areas of faith and work integration, organizational development, and building networks. Currently, he leads three different organizations, Resource Global (resourceglobal.org), Center for Faith and Innovation (CFI) at Wheaton College (centerforfaithandinnovation.org), and TogetherLA (togetherla.net).  Serving as the Executive Director of the Wheaton Center for Faith & Innovation, he works part-time to develop initiatives that engage marketplace leaders and provide training on integrating faith and work for university students at Wheaton College. As the Founder and President of Resource Global, Tommy has successfully launched cohorts of young Christian marketplace leaders in 13 global cities around the world. And as the Managing Director of TogetherLA, he works to build collaboration with ministry and marketplace leaders in the city of Los Angeles.  

Tommy's leadership journey has included various roles, such as Executive Director of The Grow Center for Church and Mission at Northern Seminary and President and Founder of the City Leadership Center in Jakarta. He is also the President of CreatePossible, where he has developed and managed corporate visions and strategic plans for client organizations, created new companies, and implemented funding strategies.

With a strong passion for fostering collaboration and equipping leaders, Tommy has contributed significantly to the growth and effectiveness of numerous organizations. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to empower leaders to align their faith with their work, create positive change, and make a lasting impact.  He is married to Charlene Lee and has two daughters, Samantha and Karra.  In his free time, he preaches regularly at different churches, hosts NFL Fantasy Matchup twice a week during the NFL season, UpNext with Tommy Lee, and also Integrate for CFI. 

Sean Kouplen is the Chairman & CEO of Regent Bank, Oklahoma’s Past Secretary of Commerce & Workforce Development, a best-selling author, and an active small business investor. 

In 2008, Kouplen led an investor group that purchased 110-year old Regent Bank in Nowata, OK. Since that time, the bank has expanded to seven markets throughout Oklahoma and Missouri and has grown from $72 million to over $1.6 billion in assets, making it one of America’s fastest-growing banks. Regent Bank has won many awards, including Inc. Magazine’s Best Places to Work and the Central United States Community Bank of the Year.

In his governor-appointed role as Secretary of Commerce and Workforce Development, Kouplen oversaw 36 state agencies who lead the economic development, community development and workforce development efforts for the state of Oklahoma.    

Kouplen was the head coach of the 2022 Oklahoma Little League World Series that achieved global fame because of Isaiah Jarvis’ hug felt around the world.  He also holds a black belt in taekwondo!

Kouplen holds numerous local and statewide leadership positions, including Chairman of the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance, Oklahoma Business Roundtable, Oklahoma Bankers Association, Tulsa Community College Foundation, First Americans Museum, and an Elder and “Backup Preacher” at Southpoint Church in Bixby.  

Kouplen’s awards include Journal Record’s Most Admired CEO Award, his fraternity’s top national alumni award, and Citizen of the Year in Bixby, OK.  

Kouplen has written four popular books, hosts a nationwide podcast called Kingdom Driven CEO, and leads a daily call-in devotional that has reached thousands in all 50 states and four foreign countries.  

Kouplen recently launched a nationwide faith in work movement called 94X that is rapidly spreading throughout the country.  

Sean has been married to Angela for 25 years, and they have three children: Emory (20), Kennedy (17) and Finley (14).

Helen Mitchell has worked in business, the local church, and now, academia. She was an Area VP with AT&T at the age of 30. As a licensed pastor, she was the architect and visionary of the Saddleback@Work ministry at Saddleback Church. Helen is now an ethics, leadership, and strategy professor in the Crowell School of Business at Biola University, and the Director of the Talbot Center for Faith, Work & Economics at the Talbot School of Theology, a certified leadership and strategy coach, consultant, speaker, author, and faculty member for Professional Christian Coaching Institute. She holds a master’s in organizational leadership from Biola University, and a master’s in biblical and theological studies from the Talbot School of Theology.  

She is passionate to see people fully activated and engaged in their callings, to accelerate and facilitate transformation of leaders and organizations, and for the local church to be equipped to lead people into a biblical understanding of faith, work, and economic wisdom. She lives at the intersection of faith and reality by integrating her pastoral, business, and academia experience.

Elder Elaine Kung has been the founder and co-chair of Called To Work since 1996, encouraging and equipping workers to be their best at work as they take Jesus to work.  Elaine also serves on 8 boards, including the Chinese Board Chair for the Theology of Work Project.  

After retiring as a Director from her 33 years of fruitful career at AT&T and earning a few industry awards, Elaine devoted her “reFirement” to accelerate the faith and work movement locally and globally with worldwide ministry partners, equipping thousands to integrate their faith in all areas of their lives, especially workplace discipleship.  During COVID’s peak season, every month Elaine gave 30+ talks and held 20+ 1on1 coaching sessions, blessing thousands around the world.  Elaine is the author and editor for 7 books on workplace discipleship topics, communications, leadership, half-time planning, time and stamina management in Chinese and in English.  

Elaine received her B.S. from Cornell E.E./M.S.E., her M.S. from Princeton Electronic Materials, and her Executive Education from Columbia, Cornell, and UPenn Wharton business schools.  Elaine and Dominic have been happily married since 1986, and they reside in San Diego. They have 2 adult children: a daughter-in-law and a granddaughter.

Al Erisman is currently a writer, speaker, and board member, including chair of the board for the Theology of Work Project (www.theologyofwork.org) and founding board member for KIROS (Christians in business, www.kiros.org). He is a senior Fellow for both the Center for Faithful Business at Seattle Pacific University and the Institute for Marketplace Transformation. Since 2015, he has authored or co-authored numerous books on theology, business, and mathematics. 

After earning his Ph.D. in applied mathematics at Iowa State University, Al spent 32 years at The Boeing Company, starting as a research mathematician. In his last decade there, he was Director of Technology, where he led a 250-person research staff exploring innovation paths for the company. He participated in committees on science and mathematics, including the National Science Foundation, National Research Council, and National Institute for Standards and Technology. He is the co-founder of Ethix magazine, exploring business ethics in a technological age. After retiring from Boeing in 2001, he taught in the Business School at Seattle Pacific University until 2017.

Dr. Abi Coker wears several hats. He is an ordained Pastor, an author, and a human capital development practitioner. Dr. Coker focuses on helping individuals break out of their comfort zones to achieve their full potential. As he puts it, dreams and greatness often die within the boundaries of comfort zones. 

Dr. Coker is an adjunct faculty member and president of the Faculty Senate of Bakke Graduate University in Dallas, Texas. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Christian Leaders Interdenominational Prayer Forum of Dallas-Fort Worth and a Board Member of Antidote Ministries. Dr. Coker is a Transformational Lead Coach with STRAITGATE Consulting & Coaching Services, where he facilitates inspiring conversations that lead to transformative outcomes in various spheres of life.

As a Pastor in charge of the Caribbean Region with the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Dr. Coker's leadership extends beyond the pulpit into the community. With over thirty years of pastoral service, he has facilitated several church plants in Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda, Gambia, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean Islands. His diverse experience spans pastoral care, leadership roles, teaching, international church planting missions, congregational ministry, and health care chaplaincy. This wealth of experience has shaped his approach to discipleship, which he believes is the foundation for leadership development. 

Dr. Coker has written several books, including Church Beyond Walls: Demystifying the Sacred and Secular Work Divide for Community Transformation, Church Beyond Optics: Transforming Cities with H.O.P.E Agenda, and The Quest for Meaning: Creating Space for Infinite Possibilities. These books reflect his advanced leadership skills and his competency in integrative theological reflection. Dr. Coker is also a family man who is married and blessed with children.

David W. Gill is a writer and teacher specializing in Christian ethics and business/workplace ethics. He served as Mockler-Phillips Professor of Workplace Theology & Ethics at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston (2010–2016). Prior to Gordon-Conwell, he served on the faculties of New College Berkeley (1977–90), North Park University (1992–2001), and the St. Mary’s College of California Graduate School of Business (2004–2010). He has served as an organizational ethics consultant at many companies, including Harris & Associates (Construction & Project Management), Swedish Covenant Hospital, East Bay Municipal Utility District, and Nikon Precision. He has been an active churchman all his life and served as Interim Senior Pastor at University Covenant Church (Davis CA) and Trinitarian Congregational (Wayland MA).

David is a graduate of UC Berkeley (BA,1968), San Francisco State (MA,1971), and the University of Southern California (PhD,1979).  He has published hundreds of articles and reviews and is author or editor of ten books, including Becoming Good: Building Moral Character (2000), Doing Right: Practicing Ethical Principles (2004), It’s About Excellence: Building Ethically Healthy Organizations (2011), Workplace Discipleship 101: A Primer (2020), and most recently, What Are You Doing About It? Since 2019, David has been Executive Director of Workplace 313 (www.wp313.org) a nonprofit, nondenominational organization whose mission is to equip and mobilize Christians to take their biblical ethics, values, and insights into their working lives (the 313 weekdays, not just the 52 Sundays each year), whatever and wherever they may be. Since 2001, he has served as President of the International Jacques Ellul Society (www.ellul.org).  He has been married to Lucia since 1967 and is the father of two and grandfather of six. He is a member of First Covenant Church, Oakland, California.  He was ordained at Allen Temple Baptist Church in Oakland.

Jessica Rimmer, PhD, is the CEO of Solomon Strategic Advisors, a leadership consultancy and partner agency of GiANT Worldwide. As an executive leader, she has given oversight to strategic growth and culture initiatives that improve the engagement and energy of people within the workplace. GiANT works with global companies in a variety of industries. Clients include: Google, BMW, Leidos, and the US military. Prior to GiANT, Dr. Rimmer served as an executive leader in Higher Education where she led initiatives that helped define and distinguish organizational culture through focusing on team performance, leadership development, and customer experience. Both her experience and education bolster her ability to help organizations analyze their needs and craft unique solutions to address business challenges.

Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma Baptist University. She went on to earn her Master’s and Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Jessica has served as a speaker on topics such as strategic growth, cultural diversity, transformational leadership, and personal success. She is passionate about helping people live with vision, purpose, and influence.

Jessica lives in Edmond with her husband Terry and their three children, Myles (11), Maris (8), and Margot (4). They are avid Thunder enthusiasts and love to “keep it local” as much as possible, supporting the great state of Oklahoma.

Rebecca is the Founding Executive Director of Unite DFW which was born in 2009 out of her passion for Church unity with the purpose of making a difference in our cities. Unite's mission is to help individuals and organizations care for their people and community in order to accomplish the shared vision of holistic flourishing for everyone in DFW. She believes every sector, every organization, and every person was created for a purpose that has something to do with helping others flourish, and she has come to describe their work as discovering the calling/purpose of individuals and organizations and helping them fulfill that -- together. Unite now serves a network of over 600 diverse local churches, in addition to leaders and individuals associated with hundreds of organizations in every other sector.

Rebecca spent 10+ years in business, most of which was with Bank of America managing an administrative system. Her 6 years in local church missions and seat on the Unite! Atlanta Leadership Team gave her an understanding of church and community dynamics and a passion to see the whole Church work with others who have the same vision for the community. She has had extensive informal training in collaboration and city transformation and is currently getting a Masters in Transformational Leadership at Bakke Graduate University. Locally, she has served on many citywide coalitions and is the go-to for engaging the collective Church in DFW in citywide, national, and even global efforts. Until recently, she also served on the board of GoodCities, the board of a global organization fighting human trafficking in Europe, and ministered to international students studying at UT Dallas for 10 years alongside her husband. These days, her personal ministry is more informal with whoever God brings her way. She and her husband Ryan of 31 years recently built a beautiful lake retreat in Wylie, and both of her two married sons, Brandon and Jonathan, live in Fairview and both work alongside her.

Dr. Libin Abraham was born in Kerala, India, and spent most of his childhood in Chattanooga, TN. His passion for ministry began to take root under his parents, who have been serving in pastoral ministry his whole life. Libin received his M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary and his Ph.D. in Pastoral Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Stacey, have been married since 2014 and have two wonderful children, Avery and Liam.

Libin serves as the Lead Pastor of Bent Tree Bible Fellowship in Carrollton, TX, where their mission is to experience and share the love of Jesus. Libin finds great joy in seeing individuals be called to Christ and sent to people.

Father Greg McBrayer has worked and served in commercial aviation for 45 years as a Chief Flight Controller and Corporate Chaplain at American Airlines (IOC) in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. For more than twenty-five years, he has been a front-line pioneer in advancing Faith-Based Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in the workplace. His professional career spans four decades as an FAA-Licensed Airman in Part 121 Commercial Flight Operations. As a Bi-Vocational ACNA Priest, Father Greg serves at Saint Barnabas Church in Fort Worth, Texas. He is the executive director of DFW Airport Chaplaincy, serves as chaplain and EAP representative for PAFCA (Professional Airline Flight Controllers Association) and Chaplain of the American Airlines Emergency Planning and Response Team.

Father McBrayer is the founder and past president of American Airlines, IOC Monday Ministry, part of the American Airlines CEBRG—Christian Employees Business Resource Group. He is the Senior Christian Global Lead of American Airlines CEBRG, overseeing 20 ERG Christian Ministry Chapters at American Airlines worldwide. He is the Chief Growth Officer of “ChaplainCare,” an organization that provides Leadership, Learning, and Placement opportunities for professional workplace chaplains. He has chaired and served on numerous committees and leadership boards within the Church, Parachurch, Aviation, Military and First Responder communities. In 2018, he was awarded the "American Airlines Chairman's Award" for decades of Employee Support and Chaplain Care. His frontline ministry efforts have been globally recognized in advancing American Airlines to number one, ranking among Fortune 500 Corporations worldwide on the RFBF (Religious Freedom and Business Foundation) REDI-Index report. In 2022, the RFBF named him the CRG Leader of the Year.

Since 2011, Tom has led hundreds of Christian CEOs, Business Owners, and senior leaders in executive roundtables throughout North Texas as part of the C12 Forums organization. The purpose of C12 is to help members “build great businesses for a greater purpose.” That requires providing tangible business help in a small group format while stimulating business leaders to act on their unique opportunity to affect employees, customers, and their families for God’s purposes and glory.

Tom grew up as an Air Force brat and has lived around the world. He graduated with a Computer Science degree and an MBA before working for twenty-eight years at Texas Instruments in various business segments and roles. A long time Bible-teacher in his church, Tom’s passion for affecting leadership transformation is reflected in the C12 North Texas vision: “To be the catalyzing agent for business leaders who transform North Texas with the gospel.”

He lives in Allen, Texas, and is married to Gerri. They have a daughter (carrying their first grandchild!) and a son (a ThM student at DTS).

Julia Oltmanns is currently Culture and Care Manager for Coca-Cola Consolidated, where she oversees faith-based programs for the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the U.S. Prior to this position, she was Director of DEI Services for Zurich Resilience Solutions in North America. She previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Employment Law at Zurich, a global insurance carrier where she served for 7 years. Julia has more than 20 years of experience as an employment attorney, primarily in corporate legal departments. During her tenure at Zurich, she also had the opportunity to be a founding member and leader of Good NewZ, Zurich’s Christian employee resource group, and she teaches other Christians how they could form similar groups in their companies.

Dylan Musser is the Campus Director for the Navigators at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and a Cultural Engagement Fellow at the Hendricks Center for Cultural Engagement at Dallas Theological Seminary. Dylan and his wife, Macy, have two sons and are happy members of their church, Immanuel Nashville.

Autumn Hanline serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships + City Networks for Faith Driven Entrepreneur and Investor. Joining Faith Driven in 2021, Autumn initially served as Director of Community first for Faith Driven Entrepreneur and then Faith Driven Investor where she built a team and helped create the structure and volunteer program that has since allowed over 16,000 entrepreneurs and 2000 investors to find a community group of peers. In her current role, she seeks opportunities to connect existing organizations serving entrepreneurs with Faith Driven's content and community. It's a great fit since she is passionate about connecting people to one another and giving them the opportunity to use their skills and talents for Kingdom impact.

Autumn spent the early years of her career in public service. She worked in the Peace Corps in Cambodia and later as an analyst on Homeland Security-related contracts including work with FEMA, DHS Intelligence and Analysis, and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Before joining the Faith Driven Team, Autumn spent 6 years with Samaritan's Purse in leadership and program development, where she deployed programs that impacted a network of over 9000 year-round volunteers.

Autumn currently lives in Charlotte, NC, where she serves as an elder at her church and enjoys time with her husband Jared, who adds color and creativity to her daily life, and her dog Maddy, who keeps her feet warm during Zoom calls.

Dr. Bill Peel is an award-winning author/co-author of eight books (in multiple languages) and a leader in the global faith-at-work movement. He is a co-founder of the Faith@Work Summit which gathers business, academic, and ministry leaders from around the world to collaborate and learn from each other. He speaks at churches and conferences, and consults with individuals, churches, and business leaders—helping Christians bring their faith to bear in every area of life.

Bill earned a doctorate in Workplace Theology, Ethics and Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Seminary, a master’s degree in Bible Exposition from Dallas Seminary, and a B.A. from SMU. Bill and his wife, Kathy, have three grown sons, eight grandchildren, and a Border collie named Hank. They are active members of Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas.

Krystal Parker is a former executive for a Fortune 200 publicly traded oil and gas company. She has over 25 years of experience in organizational management, leading hundreds of employees to provide J.D. Powers, award-winning customer service to more than 2.1 million customers across the U.S. A former college dropout, Parker advanced her education at Harvard Business School for senior executive leaders focusing on innovation, globalization, and leadership diversity. She earned an undergrad in psychology and a master’s in marketing.

As a certified DISC behavioral specialist, trainer, speaker, and coach, Parker opened a boutique consulting company, Intent & Impact, to help companies increase profit, reduce turnover, and enhance employee engagement.

A best-selling author and professor, Krystal teaches graduate and undergraduate-level courses. She is the president of the U.S. Christian Chamber of Commerce, a member of the board of directors for Missionary Ventures International, Founder Collective and Central Florida Christian Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Advisory Board for Alpha Kingdom Capital.

Krystal considers herself a marketplace missionary with a strategic focus on citywide transformation. She is committed to seeing faith in action in the marketplace and believes that to reach the world, you must reach the city. Krystal is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, a wife, and a mother.

Catherine Gates is Vice President of Business Partnerships for Polished Network, a national non-profit that emboldens women in their faith and work. She is the author of The Confidence Cornerstone: A Woman’s Guide to Fearless Leadership. Catherine has contributed to several faith-and-work Bible studies, numerous YouVersion reading plans, and books from other authors, including the iWork4Him and sheWorks4Him publications. She is a powerful speaker and frequent podcast contributor.

Catherine has diverse business experience in a variety of industries and leadership roles. She has been helping people integrate their faith and work since 2013. Catherine is on the steering committee for the National Faith & Work Association (NFWA.org) and on the board of Ladies of Grace, a women’s prison ministry. She is passionate about helping people achieve more of their God-given potential by bringing faith into every area of life.

Chuck Proudfit began following Christ in 1997.  He was seeking practical ways to live out Christian faith at work and quickly discovered just how hard it is.  The marketplace didn’t like to talk about “religion and politics,"  and the local church was largely disengaged from the tough spiritual realities of modern work life.

Applying his research background from Harvard University, Chuck spent several years studying how Christians live out faith at work, and how scripture speaks to our experiences.  He uncovered a consistent set of spiritual struggles faced by all working Christians, and a compelling set of spiritual solutions drawn straight from God’s word.

These insights formed the framework for At Work on Purpose, launched in 2003.  Its community now includes over 12,000 working Christians across Greater Cincinnati, and it has become one of the nation’s leading prototypes for citywide workplace ministry.  Chuck is also the Founder and President of SKILLSOURCE, a consultancy employing over 30 contractors and delivering sustainable client growth through applied Biblical principles.

Chuck developed his general management expertise at three industry-leading firms:  The Procter & Gamble Company, The Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery, and LensCrafters Corporation.  At Harvard University, he pioneered the school’s organizational development curriculum.  An avid educator, Chuck has served as an adjunct faculty member at the Great Oaks Institute and Cincinnati Christian University.

Sean Kouplen is the Chairman & CEO of Regent Bank, Oklahoma’s Past Secretary of Commerce & Workforce Development, a best-selling author, and an active small business investor. 

In 2008, Kouplen led an investor group that purchased 110-year old Regent Bank in Nowata, OK. Since that time, the bank has expanded to seven markets throughout Oklahoma and Missouri and has grown from $72 million to over $1.6 billion in assets, making it one of America’s fastest-growing banks. Regent Bank has won many awards, including Inc. Magazine’s Best Places to Work and the Central United States Community Bank of the Year.

In his governor-appointed role as Secretary of Commerce and Workforce Development, Kouplen oversaw 36 state agencies who lead the economic development, community development and workforce development efforts for the state of Oklahoma.    

Kouplen was the head coach of the 2022 Oklahoma Little League World Series that achieved global fame because of Isaiah Jarvis’ hug felt around the world.  He also holds a black belt in taekwondo!

Sean has been married to Angela for 25 years, and they have three children: Emory (20), Kennedy (17) and Finley (14).

A gifted developer and communicator, Martha has worked alongside her husband, Jim, in various entrepreneurial ventures over their 36+ years of marriage. In 2013, God called them to begin the iWork4Him Talk Show, where they have had the privilege of challenging thousands across the globe with the simple message that your workplace is your mission field. Outside of co-hosting the iWork4Him Podcast with Jim, Martha also helped begin the sheWorks4Him Podcast, one of the first collaborative digital gathering spaces dedicated to connecting Christian working women. In addition, she and Jim have co-authored a series of collaborative books, iWork4Him, sheWorks4Him, and iRetire4Him.

Together, Jim and Martha are passionate about helping people integrate faith into every part of life – including work, family, and marriage. Elder Elaine Kung has been the founder and co-chair of Called To Work since 1996, encouraging and equipping workers to be their best at work as they take Jesus to work.  Elaine also serves on 8 boards, including the Chinese Board Chair for the Theology of Work Project.  

After retiring as a Director from her 33 years of fruitful career at AT&T and earning a few industry awards, Elaine devoted her “reFirement” to accelerate the faith and work movement locally and globally with worldwide ministry partners, equipping thousands to integrate their faith in all areas of their lives, especially workplace discipleship.  During COVID’s peak season, every month Elaine gave 30+ talks and held 20+ 1on1 coaching sessions, blessing thousands around the world.  Elaine is the author and editor for 7 books on workplace discipleship topics, communications, leadership, half-time planning, time and stamina management in Chinese and in English.  

Elaine received her B.S. from Cornell E.E./M.S.E., her M.S. from Princeton Electronic Materials, and her Executive Education from Columbia, Cornell, and UPenn Wharton business schools.  Elaine and Dominic have been happily married since 1986, and they reside in San Diego. They have 2 adult children: a daughter-in-law and a granddaughter.

Al Erisman is currently a writer, speaker, and board member, including chair of the board for the Theology of Work Project (www.theologyofwork.org) and founding board member for KIROS (Christians in business, www.kiros.org). He is a senior Fellow for both the Center for Faithful Business at Seattle Pacific University and the Institute for Marketplace Transformation. Since 2015, he has authored or co-authored numerous books on theology, business, and mathematics. 

After earning his Ph.D. in applied mathematics at Iowa State University, Al spent 32 years at The Boeing Company, starting as a research mathematician. In his last decade there, he was Director of Technology, where he led a 250-person research staff exploring innovation paths for the company. He participated in committees on science and mathematics, including the National Science Foundation, National Research Council, and National Institute for Standards and Technology. He is the co-founder of Ethix magazine, exploring business ethics in a technological age. After retiring from Boeing in 2001, he taught in the Business School at Seattle Pacific University until 2017.

Dave Hataj is the second-generation president and owner of Edgerton Gear, Inc., a Wisconsin-based custom gear manufacturer, where he has worked for over 35 years. 

He is a Journeyman machinist, has a BA from University of California, Irvine, a Masters of Christian Studies from Regent College in Vancouver, BC, and a doctorate from Bakke Graduate University, developing a curriculum called Craftsman with Character. Kelley is a Hogan-certified executive coach, a graduate of Texas Woman’s University, and the author of INFINITE: The Power of Love, a six-session Bible study about DEI. She also authored EMERGE! Stephanie N. Taub serves as Senior Counsel with First Liberty Institute, focusing on restoring
religious liberty in the marketplace.

At First Liberty, she advocates for the rights of employees and business leaders of faith to work
with integrity, consistent with their religious convictions.

Taub has authored pieces published by National Review and the Federalist Society and has
appeared on Fox News. The Texas Review of Law and Politics published her article on federal
employment law protections for faith-based employers. The article elaborates on the statutory
right of religious institutions to cultivate communities of faith.

Before joining First Liberty, Taub worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Reed O’Connor in the
U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She graduated from Harvard Law School
and is a Blackstone Fellow. For her undergraduate studies, Taub graduated summa cum laude,
receiving a bachelor of science in Business Administration from the University of Southern
California.

Jonathan Nowlen is a redemptive Business Consultant who is passionate about recovering the dignity and mission of vocation. He is a career missions leader who has
worked in 60 countries over the last few decades. He is the author of Managing Your Metron: A Practical Theology of Work, Mission, and Meaning.

Jonathan is an experienced strategist, leader, and creator of “The Ways of Work” program. He is a public speaker, podcaster, coach, equipped, and consultant. His focus is on missionized theology of work and equipping believers to advance the Kingdom through their vocation. After 11 years as executive director of an international educational non-profit, Jonathan founded the Metron Manager Project.

Ron Newton is the founder and President of Integrity at Work (iWORK), a ministry dedicated to increasing the intersection of biblical faith and the front line of work. He is a 1978 graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary and the author of the award-winning book No Jerks on the Job.
  
Ron has ministered for 50 years to working class people and blue-collar workers. This includes 20 years leading a rugged wilderness camp ministry to rehabilitate delinquent youth; conducting inner-city ministry to impoverished youth; and serving as a juvenile prison chaplain.

His experience also includes 30 years teaching faith-based leadership skills to over 10,000 change-resistant workers in 75 companies on 5 continents; writing and speaking on the topic of jerks on the job; and serving as a minority-owned concrete construction company chaplain and Board member.
        
From such extensive experience, Ron has developed unique insight into the nature of ordinary work and the ministry challenges it presents. Both secular and faith-based organizations have used Ron to rethink how they might better reach the 60% of total U.S. workers (100M blue collar workers) that are typically overlooked or underserved by their efforts.

Ron now focuses on producing Blue Collar Man Stuff, a series of short videos and resource materials that use acts of ordinary labor to illustrate spiritual truth, much as Jesus the Blue Collar Man did in spoken word. 

Ron and his wife Melanie have been married for 51 years and have 3 adult children. Melanie is the widely-known author of 30 Bible studies for women published by Joyful Walk Press. Ron expends a lot of energy trying to keep up with her. 

Merry Prather serves as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at RightNow Media, a faith-based nonprofit ministry. RightNow Media is a video streaming platform with topics like Discipleship, Work Life balance, Biblical Studies, and Professional Development that serves as a resource for the global church and its people. Her business background includes over 25 years’ experience in the insurance and financial industries, having worked with global companies like Travelex Insurance Services and Berkshire Hathaway. Merry holds an MBA from The University of Texas, Dallas, and an MA in Theology from Regent University. She resides in McKinney, Texas, with her husband, Michael, and their two children, McKenna and Mason, where they serve at Christ Fellowship church. Merry's leadership and commitment to serving Christian workers worldwide reflect her passion for making a positive impact.

Joseph Vijayam is the Founder and CEO of Olive Technology and the Executive Director of India Collaboration. He earned a B.S. in

Computer Science from Biola University, California, and an MBA in Information Systems from Georgia State University.

Born in Hyderabad, India, Joseph lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He and his wife, Suneetha, have three sons, a daughter, and a

daughter-in-law. He serves as the Catalyst for Workplace Ministry for the Lausanne Movement and the Co-chair of Participant Selection for the Lausanne 4th Congress. He also serves on the Advisory Board of BAM Global and the Editorial Board of BusinessasMission.com.

Matt Rusten serves as the President of Made to Flourish. Rusten received his master of divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and his doctorate of ministry in faith, work, economics, and vocation from Fuller Seminary. He has served in churches in North Dakota, the Chicago area, Kansas City, and Madison, Wisconsin. He and his wife, Margi, and their daughter, Olivia, and son, Owen, live in Kansas City.

Maggie has worn many hats in her 14 years of diverse experience in the business realm. Event planning, boutique fashion buyer and merchandiser, jewelry designer, and advocate for adults with disabilities. She is pursuing her master's at DTS in Christian Leadership and will graduate in December 2024. She has a heart for business and ministry, aiming to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs to utilize their God-given gifts and talents to spread God's light through their businesses.

Dr. Jerry White is President Emeritus and Board Chair Emeritus of The Navigators, an international Christian organization with over 4,000 staff ministering in 105 countries, working with college students, military personnel, business and professional people and churches.

General White was born in Iowa and raised in Spokane, Washington. He attended the University of Washington and received a B.S. in electrical engineering in 1959. In 1964, he received a Masters Degree in Astronautics from The Air Force Institute of Technology. He earned his Ph.D. in Astronautics from Purdue University in 1970.

Following graduation from the University of Washington, General White received a commission in the U.S. Air Force. During his 13-½ years of active duty, he served in many capacities, including an assignment as a mission controller at Cape Kennedy during the height of the American space program. He was also an associate professor of astronautics at the Air Force Academy in Colorado for six years and co-authored a nationally recognized textbook on astrodynamics. General White resigned from active service in 1973, and then spent 24 years in the Air Force Reserves in several

assignments, retiring on July 1, 1997, as a major general. From 1992-1995 he served on the congressionally mandated Reserve Forces Policy Board. He served the Air Force Association on its Board and Executive Committee. In his last Reserve assignment, he served as a mobilization assistant to the commander of Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Previously, he served as mobilization assistant to the commanders of the Electronic Systems Center and Aeronautical Systems Center. He also had assignments with what is now AF Space Command and the National Security Agency.

In two consecutive years, 1967 and 1968, Dr. White was awarded the George Washington Honor Medal from the Freedom Foundation. In 1990, he was awarded the Legion of Merit Medal, and in 1997, he received the Defense Service Medal. He is also a registered professional engineer, a member of the Tau Beta Pi Honorary Engineering Society and an associate fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. In 1991 and 1993-95, he served as chairman of the Colorado Rhodes Scholarship Selection Committee. He is on board and executive committee of the Lausanne Committee on World Evangelization, New Horizons Foundation, and previously on the board of Christian Leadership Alliance, Greater Europe Mission and Vice Chairman of the Board of the Air Force Association and World Vision

Dr. White first came into contact with The Navigators as a student at the University of Washington. Throughout his military career, he maintained close contact with The Navigators, beginning the organization’s ministries at the Air Force Academy and Purdue University. After several Regional Director roles, he accepted the position of Executive Director in June 1983. Dr. White became International President on June 18, 1986 and stepped out of office on January 1, 2005.

Jerry and his wife, Mary, have written thirteen books on practical topics such as work, ethics, and parenting adult children. His latest books are Rules to Live By (NavPress, 2010), The Joseph Road (NavPress, 2009). Some of these books are: The Christian in Mid-Life (1980, NavPress), Friends and Friendship (1982, NavPress), On The Job: Survival or Satisfaction (1988, NavPress) and When Your Kids Aren't Kids Anymore (1989, NavPress). In addition to his work with The Navigators, Dr. White is a nationally competitive handball player, a licensed commercial pilot, and an active member of his local church, having served on the church board. He is married to the former Mary Ann Knutson. They have four children and 11 grandchildren and live in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

David W. Gill is a writer and teacher specializing in Christian ethics and business/workplace ethics. He served as Mockler-Phillips Professor of Workplace Theology & Ethics at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston (2010–2016). Prior to Gordon-Conwell, he served on the faculties of New College Berkeley (1977–90), North Park University (1992–2001), and the St. Mary’s College of California Graduate School of Business (2004–2010). He has served as an organizational ethics consultant at many companies, including Harris & Associates (Construction & Project Management), Swedish Covenant Hospital, East Bay Municipal Utility District, and Nikon Precision. He has been an active churchman all his life and served as Interim Senior Pastor at University Covenant Church (Davis CA) and Trinitarian Congregational (Wayland MA).

David is a graduate of UC Berkeley (BA,1968), San Francisco State (MA,1971), and the University of Southern California (PhD,1979).  He has published hundreds of articles and reviews and is author or editor of ten books, including Becoming Good: Building Moral Character (2000), Doing Right: Practicing Ethical Principles (2004), It’s About Excellence: Building Ethically Healthy Organizations (2011), Workplace Discipleship 101: A Primer (2020), and most recently, What Are You Doing About It? The Memoir of a Marginal Activist (2022).

Since 2019, David has been Executive Director of Workplace 313 (www.wp313.org) a nonprofit, nondenominational organization whose mission is to equip and mobilize Christians to take their biblical ethics, values, and insights into their working lives (the 313 weekdays, not just the 52 Sundays each year), whatever and wherever they may be. Since 2001, he has served as President of the International Jacques Ellul Society (www.ellul.org).  He has been married to Lucia since 1967 and is the father of two and grandfather of six. He is a member of First Covenant Church, Oakland, California.  He was ordained at Allen Temple Baptist Church in Oakland.

A 1980 graduate of University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business, Jim enjoyed 30 highly successful years in tech-industry leadership with companies such as AT&T and IBM, where he actively integrated his faith with this work. Jim joined a global ministry’s leadership team in 2010, helping the ministry recast its vision to recruit and engage with national and international marketplace professionals. He launched a business consulting practice in 2014, was appointed to Lausanne’s Workplace Advisory Group in 2021, and co-founded Marketplace Impact in 2023, helping churches and ministries worldwide equip believers to integrate their faith with work and all of life.

Jim and his wife, Sue, have been married for 43 years and live in Kansas City, MO, near their three grown daughters and families.

Mark Washington supports over a dozen MBA staff and multiple national and international projects, including the Believers in Business Conference as an advisor. Additionally, he has served as campus staff for nine years at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. Formerly, he was an Associate Dean at North Park Theological Seminary. At North Park, Mark earned a special dual degree: an MA in Theological Studies and an MBA. Prior to graduate studies, Mark was a counselor to severely emotionally disturbed teenage gang boys. During graduate school, he founded a microenterprise organization in Gary, Indiana. He enjoys travel, pickleball, ping pong, and board games. Mark is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Faith, Work, Economics, and Vocation at Fuller Theological Seminary on being a spiritual advisor to entrepreneurs.

Chris Jones, 74, is a retired executive from the financial services industry.  He grew up in Lubbock, Texas, and graduated with a BBA from Texas Tech University, followed by a diploma from SMU’s graduate school of banking. For 34 years he served as a risk executive and private lending executive in seven Western states with Bank of America and predecessors, and post-retirement as a community banker in St. Louis, MO. and Chief Lending Executive for a suburban Chicago financial institution.  He served as the national product executive for Farm and Ranch Lending for Bank of America and has been a speaker at corporate and client events around the nation.  He has managed family farms and ranches in Texas and Louisiana for much of his professional career. He has served as a volunteer for 5 years as a business coach for Cornerstone Center for Economic Opportunity (a partnership of Grace Bible Church and Cornerstone Baptist Church) in Dallas, Texas. Jones is married to his college sweetheart, and they have two grown children. His passion is taking the dreams of entrepreneurs and molding them into actionable businesses that last for generations.

Father Greg McBrayer has worked and served in commercial aviation for 45 years as a Chief Flight Controller and Corporate Chaplain at American Airlines (IOC) in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. For more than twenty-five years, he has been a front-line pioneer in advancing Faith-Based Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in the workplace. His professional career spans four decades as an FAA-Licensed Airman in Part 121 Commercial Flight Operations. As a Bi-Vocational ACNA Priest, Father Greg serves at Saint Barnabas Church in Fort Worth, Texas. He is the executive director of DFW Airport Chaplaincy, serves as chaplain and EAP representative for PAFCA (Professional Airline Flight Controllers Association) and Chaplain of the American Airlines Emergency Planning and Response Team.

Father McBrayer is the founder and past president of American Airlines, IOC Monday Ministry, part of the American Airlines CEBRG—Christian Employees Business Resource Group. He is the Senior Christian Global Lead of American Airlines CEBRG, overseeing 20 ERG Christian Ministry Chapters at American Airlines worldwide. He is the Chief Growth Officer of “ChaplainCare,” an organization that provides Leadership, Learning, and Placement opportunities for professional workplace chaplains. He has chaired and served on numerous committees and leadership boards within the Church, Parachurch, Aviation, Military and First Responder communities. In 2018, he was awarded the "American Airlines Chairman's Award" for decades of Employee Support and Chaplain Care. His frontline ministry efforts have been globally recognized in advancing American Airlines to number one, ranking among Fortune 500 Corporations worldwide on the RFBF (Religious Freedom and Business Foundation) REDI-Index report. In 2022, the RFBF named him the CRG Leader of the Year.

Since 2011, Tom has led hundreds of Christian CEOs, Business Owners, and senior leaders in executive roundtables throughout North Texas as part of the C12 Forums organization. The purpose of C12 is to help members “build great businesses for a greater purpose.” That requires providing tangible business help in a small group format while stimulating business leaders to act on their unique opportunity to affect employees, customers, and their families for God’s purposes and glory.

Tom grew up as an Air Force brat and has lived around the world. He graduated with a Computer Science degree and an MBA before working for twenty-eight years at Texas Instruments in various business segments and roles. A long time Bible-teacher in his church, Tom’s passion for affecting leadership transformation is reflected in the C12 North Texas vision: “To be the catalyzing agent for business leaders who transform North Texas with the gospel.”

He lives in Allen, Texas, and is married to Gerri. They have a daughter (carrying their first grandchild!) and a son (a ThM student at DTS).

Julia Oltmanns is currently Culture and Care Manager for Coca-Cola Consolidated, where she oversees faith-based programs for the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the U.S. Prior to this position, she was Director of DEI Services for Zurich Resilience Solutions in North America. She previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Employment Law at Zurich, a global insurance carrier where she served for 7 years. Julia has more than 20 years of experience as an employment attorney, primarily in corporate legal departments. During her tenure at Zurich, she also had the opportunity to be a founding member and leader of Good NewZ, Zurich’s Christian employee resource group, and she teaches other Christians how they could form similar groups in their companies.

Raymond H. Harris is an architect, executive movie and music producer, and venture capitalist in God’s kingdom. He is the founder of one of the largest architectural firms, specializing in corporate architecture. The firm was ranked as the number two retail design firm in America for three years. As one of the most prolific American architects, Raymond uses his profits to build economic engines and ignite young men and women to develop influential businesses in entertainment, agriculture, manufacturing, and technology. He is deploying assets to build God’s kingdom on earth as much and as fast as he can. 

Raymond is a Senior Fellow of the Institute for Global Engagement at Dallas Baptist University. He graduated first in his class from the University of Oklahoma and was selected as the outstanding senior and distinguished alumnus in the College of Architecture. Raymond serves on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards and is extensively involved in sustainable community development projects in Africa and Asia. 

Raymond is the author of The Heart of Business and Business by Design. He is also an executive producer for numerous movies distributed by Sony Pictures and Lionsgate. Raymond has hiked all the national parks in the continental US, has served as a Boy Scout scoutmaster, and has run over fifty half-marathons. 

Raymond and his wife, Marydel, have four adult children, who are married, and ten grandchildren. They reside in Dallas, Texas, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Dylan Musser is the Campus Director for the Navigators at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee, and a Cultural Engagement Fellow at the Hendricks Center for Cultural Engagement at Dallas Theological Seminary. Dylan and his wife, Macy, have two sons and are happy members of their church, Immanuel Nashville.

Autumn Hanline serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships + City Networks for Faith Driven Entrepreneur and Investor. Joining Faith Driven in 2021, Autumn initially served as Director of Community first for Faith Driven Entrepreneur and then Faith Driven Investor where she built a team and helped create the structure and volunteer program that has since allowed over 16,000 entrepreneurs and 2000 investors to find a community group of peers. In her current role, she seeks opportunities to connect existing organizations serving entrepreneurs with Faith Driven's content and community. It's a great fit since she is passionate about connecting people to one another and giving them the opportunity to use their skills and talents for Kingdom impact.

Autumn spent the early years of her career in public service. She worked in the Peace Corps in Cambodia and later as an analyst on Homeland Security-related contracts including work with FEMA, DHS Intelligence and Analysis, and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Before joining the Faith Driven Team, Autumn spent 6 years with Samaritan's Purse in leadership and program development, where she deployed programs that impacted a network of over 9000 year-round volunteers.

Autumn currently lives in Charlotte, NC, where she serves as an elder at her church and enjoys time with her husband Jared, who adds color and creativity to her daily life, and her dog Maddy, who keeps her feet warm during Zoom calls.
